We offer a 10-day refund policy for all new purchases. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 10 days of your initial purchase.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
  • After 10 days: Refund requests made more than 10 days after purchase
  • Renewals: Subscription renewals are not eligible for refund
  • Free trial users: Accounts that have previously used our free trial
  • Cryptocurrency payments: Purchases made using cryptocurrencies
Refund Process

Account Access
Once a refund is processed, your premium access will be removed and you will no longer have access to premium VPN services. You may re-subscribe at any time, but will not be eligible for another refund.
